About me

I'm a counsellor that uses an integrative approach and will utillise all the skills that I've learned through study and by working with other clients. Some of these include Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, CBT, Hypnosis and Coaching techniques. I feel it's really important for me to get to know you and the issues you are dealing with in order to for me to put together a individulised programme to help move you move forward!

I offer you a peaceful healing place in order to open your thoughts and feelings to help you enjoy a happier more fulfilled life.

I've always been fascinated with the power of the mind and how our thinking influences our happiness. We all have more power than we realise to live the happy successful lives we want. Sometimes through our busy lives, stressful events, or past experiences, we get stuck in a rut and pick up unhelpful habits and ways of thinking. However, if we can identify what is holding you back we can make positive changes. I would like to help you on your journey of self-discovery – while reaching an understanding of what is holding you back. Whether it be getting rid of fears and phobias, healing emotional wounds, or working through current conflicts happening in your life. Together we can reach that “breakthrough moment” when you understand what is holding you back and what plans you need to start putting into motion to ensure positive and lasting change.

I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or with an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your journey through life thereby living it more fully.
