Delphine Foggo - Counselling Psychologist (BSc,MSc,PGDipl)
I am genuinely amazed by the transforming impact of therapy!
It brings such unique understanding, empathy, hope and resolution! Therapy allows you to deal with any issues from the past &/or in the present, and to see a light at the end of the tunnel! This usually comes sooner than we think and especially when we have been carrying our baggage for a long time!
I will guide you with compassion, understanding, focus and a sound and robust treatment base.
I am a registered psychologist with HCPC and a counselling psychologist with BPS. I use models that work well and produce results! To that aim, I combine the main clinical approaches to help you address your difficulties and reach your goals.
I have been working in private practice since 2003 primarily with adults, but have also enjoyed working with children, adolescents and adults. I offer individual and couple therapy.
I work with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, stress, anger, self-confidence, relationships, loss, grief, trauma, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), eating disorders and self-harm. I also help people recover from the trauma and damage of sexual, physical and emotional abuse during childhood (such harm may have been caused deliberately, caused by neglect, or by inadequate parenting which was not intentional).
If you are unsure about whether therapy would be helpful for you, we can always have a single session to explore this together. This would give you a clearer idea of what we would be addressing and the difference this would make in your life.

I also offer PICT Quick Change therapy (QC). This gives you the possibility to address issues more rapidly. The work that would otherwise take months to conclude can be completed in a shorter number of days (one day of a four hour session is the equivalent to one month of traditional therapy formats). This advantage is multiplied because each hour of work follows through immediately, so there is little chance of losing the thread and momentum; and no time lost ‘warming up’, as is often the case with the traditional one hour a week style.
PICT Quick Change therapy is usually four-hour therapy sessions. These sessions can be offered in a number of flexible formats according to the client and therapist’s wishes and needs.
