Profile
Hello, I am a qualified, experienced counsellor. A member of the BACP and work to their guidelines and follow rules regarding the ethical boundaries. I provide a quiet, nonjudgemental and confidential space, where we can explore the issues which concern you. Listening and standing in my clients shoes, seeing their world through their eyes, is a fundamental, part of the therapeutic counselling that I offer. As a counsellor I stay with my clients agenda at all times and go at their pace. Actively listening as a counsellor, helps the client to explore the issues that brings them to counselling. I provide my client with acceptance and a sense of value and encourage them to find their own solutions by listening and empathising with their issues. Person Centred therapy is suitable for a wide range of issues, such as relationship issues, depression, anxiety ect. It is ideal for individuals who are motivated to find out more about themselves and work towards solving their issues.
