Deborah Horncastle BA BACP INDIVIDUAL MEMBER
Need to talk to someone?
I am a fully qualified Person-Centred Counsellor who offers a warm, confidential, one-to-one counselling service for adults and young people, within a relaxed therapeutic environment. My role is to listen and support you in exploring the issues that may be blocking your path towards personal growth and fulfilment.
Most of us at times, may feel overwhelmed by life’s circumstances, leaving us feeling vulnerable and isolated, but with the right support and guidance it is possible to overcome obstacles and regain control of your life.
Our first session will provide an opportunity for you to talk about your needs and expectations and discuss the best way forward. I will offer an empathic, non-judgemental and safe environment, in which to share potentially painful, difficult or confusing feelings with someone who will really listen.
