About me

Counselling will give you a time and space to speak openly to a non-judgemental professional, who will not offer advice or guidance, but give you the opportunity to try and make sense of your thoughts and feelings in a supportive therapeutic relationship.

We all know the feeling that there are times in life that we need someone to talk to, someone who won’t judge or criticise, but will listen and accept. Sometimes that needs to be a person outside of your own personal circle. As a counsellor I can listen, but in a professional relationship, where I have the knowledge and experience to help.

I offer friendly confidential professional counselling in a comfortable discreet counselling room in Tottenham, North London.

Since 2008 I have worked with many different types of people who are experiencing a broad range of issues.

I have a friendly relaxed approach, and will always work with you to the best of my ability. Please feel free to contact me if you have question regarding the service I offer.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified professional Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

The way I work is ‘Integrative’ which means I have training that has equipped me to work in a variety of ways, so I’m able to tailor the way I work to the individual’s needs.

I am predominantly a 'Person Centred' Counsellor which means I can look at and help with issues and feelings affecting you and putting you central to the process by not directing, advising or judging, but supporting and helping you to understand what is happening and why.

I also have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which is short term therapy, generally 6 weeks, where we can working on coping strategies to help deal with thoughts that could be affecting your feelings and behavior.

These are a few examples of the issues I have experience working with:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Addiction
  • Abuse
  • Bereavement
  • Trauma
  • Self-harm
  • Relationships
