Profile
Welcome. I offer a professional relationship that is confidential, sensitive and non-judgemental. Sometimes life and relationships can be painful. Life events such as bereavement, depression, anxiety and anger can become such heavy burdens when carried alone. Whatever your own present struggles I will listen to you deeply, making sure I value you in all the circumstances of your life. I will be a companion on your journey towards finding healing and hope.
It can be a huge relief to allow yourself some space to look at your thoughts and feelings without pressure ....... in your own way and at your own pace. I will work with you on the concerns you bring and will gently challenge you as we explore together what can change and how you might grow.
It is often the simplest of things that can have the most profound effect such as learning how to breathe well and how to notice and ease tension in your body. I can offer breathing, relaxation and imaginative visualisation exercises to help with stress and anxiety as well as help you understand and overcome panic attacks. I can also work with you on managing your anger.
As a Christian with many years of pastoral experience I am able to explore issues of faith and spirituality with you, if that would be helpful.
I believe wholeheartedly in the value of each person, regardless of age, gender, religion or ethnic background. My nature is to be respectful, affirming, and encouraging of all.
