Deborah Jenkins BSc.dip.NLP.MBACP. Supervisor in training CPCAB

I am a qualified and experienced counsellor working with adults, young people, couples and families.
Working from premises in central Doncaster I provide a welcoming therapeutic space where we can explore how you might benefit from counselling.
There is no limit to number of sessions- I can offer as few or as many as you require. We can have an initial appointment to discuss your needs and if my therapy practice seems suitable for you then we can work together and regularly review your individual needs.
My experience includes working with family relationships, generalised anxiety disorder, panic attacks, self esteem and confidence, depression, anxiety, bereavement, domestic violence, rape/sexual abuse/sexual exploitation, bullying, pregnancy/fertility, miscarriage, post-natal depression, divorce/relationships, sexuality, employment/redundancy/retirement, stress management.
My practice is integrative- primarily person centred but based on your needs -which we will consider together.
For example we may use talking therapy, creative therapies, CBT, NLP.

I believe that mental health and emotional wellbeing are often overlooked in today's fast paced lifestyles.
There is less and less funding for quality mental health services and I think everyone should have access to confidential professional services that offer therapy in the best interest of the client.
I am certain of the positive effects of counselling/psychotherapy and how personal life changes can be influenced by the self-reflection and awareness that person centred therapy offers.
Please feel free to call for further explanation/discussion of the work I do and how counselling can help you.
