I am an experienced and fully qualified counsellor, offering you the opportunity to talk through and work towards resolving your issues. In my practice we work at your pace and we talk about what you want to talk about, when you feel ready to talk about it. I aim to provide a safe space to talk openly about  issues and concerns without fear of judgement or recrimination.

I adhere to the standards of ethics of the UKCP and the BACP which are  designed to protect you while you are in counselling.

I offer an initial appointment at a reduced rate so that you can talk about what you are looking for and decide if you feel you would be happy working with me.
