Debby Konigsberg MBACP : Psychotherapeutic Counsellor
07949 713 357
I offer therapy for people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, loss, bereavement, divorce, work and health concerns. If you wish to build your self esteem, your counselling sessions will help you develop greater confidence and self-worth.
When going through (or recovering from) a turbulent time, crisis point, trauma or abuse, our meetings can provide the opportunity to freely express and deal with your feelings and concerns.
Together we will move forward at your pace to promote clarity, relief and insights that will support you through, generate new perspectives and make a positive difference to your life.
Your counselling will be safe, confidential and empathetic, and your well-being will always be warmly respected and at the heart of each of our meetings. Whatever you bring to the sessions will be explored with understanding and an open mind.
I work flexibly, using a combination of different and effective therapeutic approaches to best fit your personal, individual needs and circumstances.
You're welcome to phone me on 07949 713 357 or send an email if you simply want to find out more in the first instance, or if you would like to book an introductory meeting.
The counselling sessions
The first session will explore your circumstances, the reasons you've come and what you hope to gain from your therapy. It's an opportunity to get to know each other. You can then choose to book in further sessions during which we will explore whatever concerns, feelings and issues you wish to deal with.
