Whatever your reason for wanting to talk to a counsellor, I understand just how difficult it can be to take that first step. And then, you need to know that you are talking to the person who is right for you. For these reasons, I welcome an informal chat, by phone or email, and an initial free meeting. After this, you can decide whether or not to go ahead with counselling, with all of the necessary and relevant information on board.
As a qualified and experienced person-centred counsellor, I believe each of us is our own best authority and that, given the right conditions, we all have the necessary internal resources for personal understanding and growth. I offer a warm, caring and confidential environment where I hope you will feel free to explore whatever it is that is troubling you and in so doing find your way forward to a more fulfilling way of living.
The counselling rooms from which I work are welcoming and comfortable. Situated in the Shawlands area of Glasgow there is plenty of on street parking as well as easy access by train or bus.
I look forward to hearing from you.
