Debbie Gamble MBACP (Dip Couns)
Hello and welcome to my page, please feel free to have a look at my website and contact me via txt, email or over the phone (which ever feels most comfortable for you) should you have any queries.
I guess I should introduce myself. My name is Debbie and I am a qualified counsellor and member of the BACP and believes each and everybody is unique, and this is why the sessions I offer are fluid and will be shaped by 'you'. There is no right or wrong way and what suits one person may not suit another, so working in partnership is key to a successful counselling journey.
I can offer you sessions within my private practice or (if you wish) within Highmead Farm in Longham, where we can utilise the tranquil surroundings of the farm either from the wooden cabin with a view of the animals or among the animal's and incorporate them in your counselling journey
All clients are welcome to make initial contact, where we can decide together whether I will be able to support your needs. I will offer you a confidential, non judgemental, safe space to explore your inner turmoil, offering you a warm and gentle approach to help you unpick what's impacting your life.
What will happen in the session?
We can meet for an informal chat which is free and you are able to ask any questions and gage whether you think we could work together.
How many sessions can I have?
We can discuss this at our first meeting, but I would offer say 6 sessions at a time which can roll on. This I feel offers flexibility and an opportunity to be able review how the sessions are working for you.
How much are the sessions?
I have a sliding scale and again we can discuss this, but I can vary it depending on your situation. My rate starts at £20, but concessions are avaliable
Please contact me via the links above if you require any further information or wish to make an appointment. (Please feel free to txt or email if you will find this easier)

Anxiety, depression, stress, abuse and addictions are areas in which have impacted many of clients and more often then not one issue often impacts or is entwined with another. If I am unable to help you personally, then we can discuss potential signposting to other agencies or counsellors.
I have been working with people suffering with eating disorders for over 2 years, I also see people caring for loved ones suffering from this cruel illness too. I have worked in two settings over the year's supporting eating disorder issues.
I have 5.5 years experience of working with children and families in a supportive role and work systemically with families.
