Do you have questions that you cannot find the answer to? The usual one is “Why me?” and then back that up with “I must have done something terrible in a past life”. Are you waking up feeling down, stressed about your day before it has even begun? Anxious about work, money or home life? Talk to people and notice that they aren’t really hearing you, they are talking over you or say “yeah, I know just how you feel” but they really don’t? Or, have you ever wondered why you are here and what is it you are meant to be doing?
There are answers to all of these questions, feelings and dilemmas and many more you may have and guess what? The answers are all within you…… Surprised??
I’m not surprised at all, you are a very unique and amazing individual human being so it will be of no surprise that, you have emotions and feelings whether they are of frustration, stress, anxiety, hopelessness, sadness, madness, anger, love, anticipation ….. the list is so long we’ll be here forever, however, I’m sure you know what I’m getting at.
The other part of being a human is that from time to time you get things wrong and your mind somehow blows it all out of proportion and exaggerates your experiences making you feel worse.
Well, that’s ok too, the way I see it is that mistakes are not really mistakes, they are the key to your success…..how, because we all learn from our mistakes (and yes some people take slightly longer and make the same ones but eventually they learn!).
As you can see, I am a down to earth, warm and supportive Counsellor enabling you to overcome and understand what is going on in your life.
As a qualified humanistic integrative counselling you will find my style of counselling is all about listening to you, not just hearing you. I can help you to discover what tools you need to help yourself to navigate through the tough and testing times and finding your way through your life.
I offer 50 minutes of a safe, confidential and non judgemental space to explore what you want to explore.
