Counselling, coaching and personal development practice that works to support people in a way that suits their personality and situation. I offer sessions in the practice room, home visits and telephone/skype support for people who might have anxiety or those busy people on the move.
For time focussed results I blend supportive face to face CBT counselling with dynamic coaching and professional education to give strategies to manage changes in both personal and work life.
Longer term counselling is given without dynamic coaching to support emotional issues for individuals who want space and time to work through traumatic events.
Using coaching and training techniques I work with conflict management in family units, relationship issues, general anxiety disorder, depression, guiding on development and finding strategies for clients to become emotionally stronger for life's future events. Resilience building for a future more in control.
Counselling and Coaching - Flexible appointments (days, evenings or weekends) Coaching and training techniques, helping clients to become emotionally stronger from their past, moving forward to life's future events.
