I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist with over ten years experience. I head the Mind Therapies Service at Breathe-London, Waterloo and Covent Garden's leading therapy clinic. I am trained in all the principal modalities of psychotherapy, however the main emphasis of my approach is CBT. I can help my clients with:

I also offer single session work for people with a very specific problem. Group therapy is also available.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am trained in all the main models of counselling, namely * CBT; *Integrative; *Existential; *Psychodynamic; *Systemic as well as *EMDR. However, the main emphasis and focus of my approach is CBT, particularly Third Wave CBT.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

£75 per 50 minute appointment. Reduced fee slots are £45 but limited and based on demonstrated financial need.
£100 for 5 Sessions
New group starts:
Monday, 10:00AM-10:50AM, February 20-March 20, 2017. Five weeks.
Group Psychotherapy is comprised of 5 sessions of 50 minutes each over the course of 5 sequential weeks.
As well as working 1on1 with clients I also facilitate group therapy. This might suit certain people who prefer the opportunity to work through issues and concerns in a safe and mutually supportive group environment.
