I'm a professionally trained and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. Since and alongside my core training I've done various different trainings and currently working as an initial assessor for the East London Out Project as well as see clients in private practice. I work bilingually in English and in Hungarian and call London home for 8 years now.
I view counselling as a collaborative process that facilitates your journey to be more at peace with yourself. It is a confidential space where you can feel truly heard. I'm passionate about supporting you to develop the ability to be with uncomfortable feelings, which can transform your relationships with others and restore a sense of connection to yourself.
Various research evidence shows the importance of the connection you feel with your counsellor, once you contact me we set up an initial session where you can air what brings you to counselling and explore the possibility of working together.
