David Brigginshaw MA (Oxon), MBACP Accred
I am a qualified, professionally accredited and experienced Counsellor / Psychotherapist offering general counselling and specialising in relationship issues. I specialise in working with couples and individuals with their relationship and personal problems. For many years I have worked with Relate in parallel with my private practice, and continue to do so. I am a Clinical Supervisor for Relate in addition to providing counselling services.
Typical issues include: not getting on, arguing and communicating poorly, affairs, sexual problems / losing interest in partner, separation / divorce and impact on children, handling major transitions and life changes, depression / low mood / anxiety / panic, low self-esteem / self-confidence, addictions, work / life balance, abuse (in relationship or affects from past experience), difficulty with relationships.
I am also a qualified and experienced NLP Coach, working with people in their work and home environments for over 20 years. In addition to offering specific coaching help to individuals, my training and experience enables me to help couples who want to resolve specific issues (both personal and relationship) and also those who want to make their relationships even better.
