I am a warm, easy-going person and I believe that every individual has the potential to make positive changes in their lives given the space and time to do so. I am a qualified counsellor who is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I offer a comfortable and safe environment where we can discuss why you have come for Counselling. I won’t judge you and will help you to gain a greater understanding of your experiences. I adhere to the BACP’s Framework for good practice and your identity and what you tell me will be treated as confidential. I also believe in being professional in the therapeutic relationship respecting your rights as an individual and your autonomy to make choices for yourself. Whatever you are going through I hope to be able to support you, allow you to feel respected as an equal and help you to achieve what you want from your life.

If there is anything else that is not mentioned you can tell me over the phone or in our first session and we can discuss where we can go from there.
£30 for a 50 minute session
If you would like to get in touch you can call/text me or email me and we can discuss how I work, the cost and what you expect from counselling. If you would like to see me for a session then we can arrange a time suitable for both of us.
I am an independent practitioner at the LIFE-FORCE Counselling Practice on East Hill, www.lifeforce-centre.co.uk and we will be using one of the therapy rooms at this practice.
The session is a chance for you to get to know me and decide whether I am the right counsellor for you.
Our first few sessions will be assessment sessions in which we will both establish whether we can work together. If you decide that you do not want to work with me please let me know, it is perfectly alright for you to decide that you do not want to continue for whatever the reason.
I look forward to hearing from you,
