Sessions are for one hour.
Face to face or telephone counselling.
Choose a time when you are free or unhurried to make initial contact by phone or e-mail to arrange for a consultation. If I am unable to answer your call you can leave a message with your name and contact details and I will get back to you at the first opportunity. When I return your call I will speak only with the person named in the message for confidentiality reasons.
If you are contacting me by e-mail you can include a summary of what you would like counselling for, as long as your comfortable leaving this information via e-mail. All calls and e-mails are strictly confidential.
Once we have arranged a date/time for you to come to counselling we can explore your needs, and whether this type of counselling will meet those needs, and whether we can work together during this process. There are many types of counselling and some suit clients better than others it all depends on what fits and what works best. I am more than willing to answer any questions presented to me during this initial session to help you make a decision. Once the decision has been made we can begin the counselling process. The initial meeting will last for 40 minutes and thereafter sessions will be for one hour.
Referrals are welcome from G.P.'s, Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP).
