Profile
Taking the first step for counselling maybe difficult, but this may well be the positive step required to improve our lives. Counselling can help us gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and how we relate to others.
Maybe you have been hurt in the past and find it difficult to move on. Maybe you have lost someone you love due to a bereavement or separation. Maybe your experiencing relationship problems with family, friends or colleagues. Maybe you suffer from anxiety and depression and find it difficult to cope with everyday life. Are you becoming increasingly irritable towards others and finding yourself having angry outbursts. Maybe you are finding work difficult and the stress is having a negative effect on your health and relationships. Maybe you lack confidence and low self esteem. Maybe you have come to a point in your life when you have realised you want something different but unsure what it is.
Counselling can help us reflect on our lives, it can also help us to be more accepting of ourselves. Counselling can help us to improve our relationships with others and help us to move on from difficult situations and identify more healthier ways of coping.
I am an integrative counsellor, providing a warm, supportive and confidential environment. My main goal is to help you gain understanding of your life while offering you support and understanding while you work through your issue(s).

I work as a Nurse and counsellor for the NHS. I also do private counselling work.
I have a Post Graduate Diploma in integrative counselling and a Master's Degree in integrative counselling. Both courses are accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am also a member of the BACP and I am fully insured.
