Daniella Delmonte (Counsellor/Therapist) Waltham Forest Area
Walthamstow Osteopathy And Natural Health Centre
72 St Mary Road
I am an integrative/holistic therapist and counsellor.
I believe this approach is the best for a counsellor/client relationship, as no two people are the same. Peoples lives, back grounds and circumstances are individual and personal to the client. I help clients find their way using the integrative approach, the tools can include,
mindfulness,Gestalt, art therapy, miniature creative work, person centred therapy and transactional analysis, among others.
We can use a variation of all these tools to create a bespoke therapy for you. You will find a judgement free space to bring and share what ever you may chose and need for your therapy.
I have felt the benefit personally from talk and creative style therapies and since work professionally with people suffering through;
* Addiction (inc: family, friends and carers of addicts)
* Lack of sleep
* Domestic abuse
* Work/Home related stress
* separation anxiety
* Eating Disorders
