I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist experienced in working with people suffering the unhappiness and or insecurity brought about by personal history, trauma or simply as a result of living and working in pressurized environments. I work with both couples and individuals.
Training, qualifications & experience
I successfully completed the five year training at the school of Psychotherapy and Counselling in both my Masters and the Advanced Diploma. I have been working in two different settings throughout my training firstly working with clients on a short fixed term basis in a Counselling centre in West London and latterly working with clients longer term in an NHS setting at the Munro Centre at Guy's Hospital. I am in the process of training with Relate and have been working with couples since January 2017.
Areas of counselling I deal with
- Domestic violence
- Low self-confidence
- Low self-esteem
- Passive aggressive behaviour
- Personality disorders
- Relationship issues
I understand that finance may be a challenge so I offer therapy at a range of fees and will try to match your counselling needs to your financial situation. Whenever possible I keep some slots available at a lower rate, and I will utilise these for you, if any are available when you contact me, if that is appropriate to your circumstances.
Range of fees for individuals £80.00 for a 50 minute session and for couples £160 for a 75 min session.
