Cruse Bereavement Care exists to promote the wellbeing of the bereaved and help people understand and cope with their loss. At Cruse Bedfordshire we provide FREE bereavement support to the people of Bedfordshire and Luton in a one-to-one setting or at one of our weekly drop in centres around the county.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
All of our volunteers are trained to a high standard, with a minimum of 60 hours training in Awareness in Bereavement Care. Every year, volunteers must receive a further four training sessions as part of their continual professional development and attend regular supervision to confidentially discuss their case load.
