About me

I provide individual and couples counselling for a wide range of common problems that are faced by individuals and couples in their relationships and sexuality. Typical issues that I deal with are communication difficulties, lack of intimacy, sexual dysfunctions, sex addiction, internet porn addiction, affairs, relationship breakdowns, unsatisfying relationship patterns, inability to sustain lasting relationships, love addiction, love avoidance, and sexual abuse amongst others.

I offer both short term and long term counselling, depending on the client's needs. This may be a few sessions to address a specific need or may take the form of much deeper work and trauma resolution.

My training and experience is extensive and multi disciplinary and includes training with some of the world's leaders in the fields of love and sex, individuals such as Pia Mellody, Patrick Carnes, and Ken Adams.

I work in a safe and trusting atmosphere, exploring with the client the reasons why they behave and feel the way they do and assisting clients to find healthier ways of achieving authenticity and happiness.

I also run workshops for individuals and couples.
