Profile
“ I will give you a safe space to be really listened to and understood.”
Welcome to my Counselling Service,
I am a professional, friendly and ethical counsellor. Working at the speed and depth which each individual client requires.
My Counselling Approach
As your Counsellor I will work with you to understand the problems you are experiencing, what is surrounding the issue and explore possibilities as to why is it happening, then support you in finding your own solutions.
As a qualified and experienced integrative Counsellor, I believe the therapeutic relationship is key to enabling us to work together and facilitate your understanding of the important issues and find solutions for them. I will draw on various counselling techniques to help you achieve this goal.
It may be that you want counselling for a specific problem you are having and feel that some support will enable you to find a solution. Or you may not know why you are struggling in life and you want to take back control.
I may also Bibliotherapy, meaning novels, self help books, documentaries and films which may enable exploration of client issues in our counselling.
Generally I see clients once every week (this seems to be the most effective time scale for counselling to be most effective). Although there is room for negotiation.
Please contact me if you require further details or to book an appointment.
