I cover a large area of the highland region. I am an experienced, highly trained member of BACP. I offer a one to one counselling service that is both confidential and non-judgemental.
My approach is Person-Centred, which means as your counsellor I will provide you with a safe and secure environment, accepting you as an individual, giving you the space to address any of your concerns or worries.
I am very passionate about providing realistic access to counselling. I can work with my clients at my private practice, in the city centre of Inverness, in your home or organise a room for your convenience. If you feel you could benefit from counselling but there is something holding you back, then please feel free to contact me to discuss any of your concerns or worries.
Free Initial Consultation
This lasts up to an hour. It is an opportunity for you to meet with me and ask any questions you may have. I believe that my clients are at the centre of my practice. It needs to work for you which is why I offer a free first session so you can decide if counselling will be of benefit to you. I am very aware that taking this first step could be difficult, so I will endeavour to make you feel as safe and comfortable as possible.
Home Visits: Highland Region
As your counsellor, I am able to visit your home, initially providing a free counselling session. I believe that everyone should have access to a counselling service. You may have a physical/mental issue that makes it difficult to attend my practice. I work within a forty mile radios of Inverness.
Please feel free to contact me to see if your address is in my working area.
I look forward to hearing from you. I will aim respond to your enquiry within 3 hours.

As an experienced counsellor I can offer you a safe place to explore more effective ways of dealing with the feelings that are troubling you.
My personal journey began when I worked with a counsellor in my home. At that time I was unable to attend an external counselling practice due to ill health but it was and still is difficult to find a counsellor that does home visits. My counsellor offered me a safe space for me to explore myself without judgement or worry, a space I never had before. I very quickly recognised how important that was for my personal development and with this in mind, began my training in order to provide this service to others.
