Claudia Elmhirst MBACP
Thank you for looking at my profile, it can be a daunting process finding a counsellor.
Finding the right person to talk to is the vital first step in having a good counselling experience so I always suggest at least one assessment session.
I believe that finding the right counsellor can be hugely beneficial and help you gain insight into yourself and your relationships.
In my practice, I hope to offer you a warm, open and supportive environment in which you can feel safe to talk. I follow an integrative approach to therapy. This gives me a variety of therapeutic methods which I can tailor specifically to you depending on your needs.
I have worked to date for a hospice, a leading centre for counselling in short-term work and am currently seeing clients with more complex needs in a major London mental health hospital.
Please feel free to call me so that we can have an informal chat before setting up an assessment.
