Profile

I run a safe, confidential and relaxed private practice in Cambridgeshire and Suffolk available to all individuals, which gives you space to explore whatever questions and issues you have in your life.

I am a fully trained Integrative Counsellor, which means that I can tailor the way I work to offer you an individual and unique therapy to really suit your needs.

My training was aimed at developing my own personal style, which integrates different sorts of counselling together so that I can work with a wide variety of people depending on what they bring to the session.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I have undertaken more than 5 years of counselling and psychotherapy integrative training and hold an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling. My interest in counselling has developed from the work I have done with students and young people in Higher Education over the last 9 years, as well as the self development I have undertaken.

My training has included additional and specific courses in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy ( CBT ), Time Limited Counselling and Psychiatry, Psychopathology and Psychodynamics.

My previous counselling experience comes from my work undertaken at a variety of locations such as Lifecraft, Mind and Cambridge University Counselling Service.

As a newly qualified counsellor I have a sliding scale of fees according to your income. Please contact me if you want to enquire about what you can afford per session. I also offer discount rates to trainee counsellors currently undertaking their counselling training.
