I am a counselling psychologist who specialises in working with individuals who have difficulty with their weight or they have an abnormal relationship with food. Normally this means they are also quite stressed out and may have low mood. I have been helping people change their relationship with food for years and my approach is very successful.
My work is based on many years of clinical practice and the most up to date research. I have also gained four to five stone myself three times (through pregnancy). I know what it feels like to be overweight.
I also have extensive experience working with individuals who have had weight loss surgery or are considering it.
If you want to know more about me, please go to my website: www.mindovermass.co.uk
If you aren't sure if I am the right person for you, then I offer a free 20 minute session where you can tell me a bit about yourself and see if you feel comfortable working with me.
