I am an Accredited (BACP) Integrated Humanistic counsellor who works in a Person Centred way believing that by supporting people to explore their feelings and thoughts they will be able to identify potential choices, opportunities for positive change and make decisions that are right for them.
I will provide a supportive, non judgemental and confidential environment in which you can talk freely about your concerns and feelings..
You may feel unsure or anxious about seeking help in counselling so I offer a free first assessment session with no ongoing obligation to allow you to decide if counselling may be right for you.
If you decide that counselling may be of help to you I will treat you with respect, empathy and genuineness so that you feel accepted and are able to be yourself.
I work mainly from the Homeopathy Clinic on the outskirts of Wadhurst but will consider seeing you in your home.
