About me

Have you ever imagined what your life could be like without struggling with anxiety, depression or overwhelm? What would you do if you were motivated, resilient and confident? What if you felt ready to let go of whatever is holding you back in life?

Reasons for therapy range from anxiety, stress, and depression to trauma and relationship difficulties. Others are curious to find out more about themselves and want to enrich their relationships and inner life. Regardless of your circumstances, therapy can be the first step on an empowering journey of self-discovery and transformative change.

Why wait to feel better? Why wait for a better life? Make an appointment now and let's talk.

I'm Chryssa Chalkia, an experienced Clinical Integrative Psychotherapist (UKCP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (BABCP) and Counsellor (BACP) with a background in Psychology and Psychoanalysis. I have over sixteen years of extensive experience providing in-person and online adult therapy.

My goal is to help you better understand yourself and the choices you make in life, alleviate emotional difficulties, change destructive behaviour patterns, and understand such experiences. Sometimes we all need a little help to heal and move on to the next step in our lives. No matter what these steps feel like, I can support you in achieving your goals and creating positive change in your life. By the end of our work, you will have new skills to overcome your difficulties, have more control over your life, and live a more balanced, happier, and fulfilling life.

I am passionate about helping people improve their well-being and make positive changes in their lives. My philosophy is that it works best to combine elements of different approaches and tailor treatment to individual needs. I believe in personal and professional growth through self-knowledge.

Don't wait for a better life. Book an initial 50 minute consultation or contact me via email or phone on 0784 7588 343.My goal is to respond to inquiries from new customers within 48 hours.

My office is on Regent Street, Soho. Sessions can be held online and in person and can be booked as one-off, limited-time (6, 8, 12 and 24 sessions) or long-term sessions in Greek and English. For more information please visit my website www.therapyinlondon.net
