I’m a therapist who works with people who want change in their lives. I can help you to figure out what is wrong and how to do things differently, your way. I can help break down the change into manageable, practical steps so that you can get back on track. My previous background included working in charities (NSPCC, Macmillans, Leonard Cheshire) as a business analyst and project manager. I’ve also followed my passion of writing songs and have an MA in writing musicals.

I have a number of sessions available in the centre of York at the Friends Meeting House.
I also have a private practice in the village of Helperby, between the A19 at Easingwold and the A1 at Boroughbridge. Once we have arranged a meeting, I am happy to provide further directions if needed.
