Life fulfilment is determined by a sense of meaning, purpose, personal growth, healthy relationships and self-acceptance in order to live a meaningful life. Sometimes we loose sight and worries start to feel overwhelming and distress us, which then can link to anxiety, depression, social isolation, health issues, intense self-consciousness, relationship problems, feeling of self-doubt linking to low self esteem, anger issues and many more.
I am here to support you, and together we will explore within a confidential, genuine and warm space, step by step, your distress, what you value in your life, what life means to you, and what no longer works for you. By exploring this, we can become open to a more authentic or true self, feeling more at ease and with a greater sense of who we are and what we want out of life.
My humanistic approach is personalised to your needs and my compassion is for your wellbeing. I am genuine with unconditional positive regard and empathy. My aim is to help you tackle your problems and help you with your anxiety/stress issues.
I use my intuition and work with Mindfulness, use CBT and solution focused techniques. I will teach you skills you can use in your daily life.
I have extensive experience and successful outcomes as I work with issues such as anxiety, relationship problems (work/home), stress, individuals experiencing isolation, loss, depression, grief, addictive behavior, trauma, guilt, shame, self criticism, difficulties in regulating emotions which can lead to harmful behavior.
As a Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists I work within their Ethical Framework of good practice which is safe and confidential and which you can look up on www.bacp.co.uk. I am always committed to on-going professional development to enhance my work.

At our annual in-house integrated health seminar Christine always presents a fascinating talk and draws on numerous clinical examples to help illustrate often complex psychological concepts.
