Counselling And Therapy Centre
Sometimes in life we are confronted with a situation or with problems that can seem overwhelming. We can feel stuck, confused or anxious. Maybe you would like to explore the past, talk about a current probIem or just get to know yourself better.
I am a qualified counsellor working with adults and teenagers in private practice, also in Primary and secondary schools. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and I am bound by their guidelines and ethics.
Amongst the issues I deal with are anxiety, bereavement, loss, depression, panic attacks, relationship issues, family issues, and low self-esteem.
Working with teenagers I specialise in issues like anger, self harm, low self esteem, anxiety and bullying.
I also have specialist training in working with people who have experienced sexual abuse or rape.
I provide a safe, caring, non judging and confidential environment where you can explore your difficulties or emotional situation. I offer short or long term counselling appointments with comfortable surroundings in Gillingham Kent.
