Christine Meldrum Ad Prof Dip PC, MBACP, NCS
Edinburgh Institute For Counselling & Psychotherapy
Professional and experienced with a passion for helping people. Counselling can help us to unravel and make sense of our own journey through life. I work with clients on a short and long term basis it depends on each individual. The way it works is I offer a low cost initial meeting 30 Min for £15 which gives you the chance to decide if you want to meet again. Fees are then £50 per hour.
With a strong belief that we are all here to learn about ourselves and this can be taught in many ways that we least expect. The journey can be painful in many ways and the lessons are not always obvious to us. It can be through the routes we take, people we meet and challenges that life can present to us, especially when events happen that stop us in our tracks making us change direction when we least expect. When this happens it can be difficult and we can feel lost and confused and many feelings can arise that we are unable to make sense of. With help you can explore how you feel learning to make sense of things for yourself and ultimately go on to lead a more fulfilling life. This is my passion and a privilege to be part of your journey.
Working from an integrative model of counselling which draws from different modalities of therapy. I offer a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space where you can feel cared for and looked after working from a private room at the South Side Centre at Causewayside in Edinburgh.
I work with adults and I have also experience of working with younger clients in the 18 to 24 age group that are having difficulty in identifying what direction they feel they should go in.
If you feel you would like to arrange a meeting please contact me by phone or e-mail
