Christine Macluskey MBACP -known as Kulasri
I am a person-centred counsellor offering a confidential and supportive space within sessions. Life can become complicated at times - affecting our wellbeing and relationship with others. It can then feel necessary to talk about, explore and make any changes in these areas. Sessions in counselling can offer the opportunity to do just hat in a supportive way.
I have been counselling at Tom Allen Centre almost 6 years. Where I've gained experience in working with clients with peri-natal depression amongst other areas such as anxiety, self esteem, anger etc.
I've also done some counselling work with a hospice environment.
I do have an ongoing interest in the benefits of mindfulness practice.
