Profile

I have been a counsellor for 16 years, in private practice and voluntary organisations.  I am a qualified supervisor of counsellors, and am a supervisor of a group of counsellors in a counselling organisation.  I am also a qualified hypnotherapist.  I work with individuals, couples and families. I also do workplace counselling.

Issues I deal with include: anger management, abuse, anxiety, bereavement, bullying, confidence issues, low self-esteem, depression, domestic violence,  identity issues, work issues, stress management, couples counselling, relationship issues, self-esteem, confidence, trauma, OCD, eating disorders, PTSD and critical incident debriefing.  I also provide hypnotherapy. 

I receive referrals from individuals, hospitals, CPNs, GPs, Employee Assisted Programmes (EAPs) and organisations.  I work in Lichfield - Staffordshire, Brownhills - Walsall and Wolverhampton.  I offer a free half-hour consultation where we can discuss your issues in confidence.
