About me

When going through difficult times it can help to talk things through with someone who isn't personally involved. I offer short and long term counselling for a variety of issues such as work stress, relationship breakdown, depression, low mood. I aim to support you in exploring your situation and helping you become clearer on how you'd like to move forward.

Each session is 50 minutes and held at my home in a garden room. You will receive a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment. Our initial meeting is for us to discuss the counselling process and we'll work in more detail and answer any questions you may have.

My approach is integrative using Person Cantered, CBT and Transactional Analysis (TA) theories along with some Psychodynamic elements. I am aware that everyone may face various daily challenges and fitting in counselling sessions could appear daunting, I am happy to work with individual needs of shift work and other time commitments/constraints to help fit your sessions in.
