Dr Christina Rowe, Clinical Psychologist, HCPC registered.
It's not always easy or healthy to struggle on with a problem on our own. Sometimes it can help to talk with someone who is non-judgemental and supportive. Having time to express our thoughts and feelings about events occurring in our lives can help us to develop a better understanding of ourselves and how we have been influenced by life experiences. It can also help us consider a different way of coping with situations that may open up a better way forward.
I aim to offer a therapeutic safe space in which to explore whatever difficulties you feel might be negatively affecting your life. I work collaboratively with individuals to draw out the main issues and develop a shared understanding of what might need to change. I always work as at a pace that feels right for the person, but will encourage you to make the most out of your sessions so that you might gain as much benefit as possible.
