Christian Hughes - BABCP Accredited Psychotherapist. CBT, EMDR. ACT
ACT Psychology Ltd
50-51 High Street
Day-Time Appointments 8am-6pm and Friday Evenings until 9pm
I am a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behaviour Therapist (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapist committed to providing proven therapeutic interventions and Acceptance and Commitment Therapist (ACT). I work continually to keep my skills up to date by regularly attending continued professional development training and incorporate recent advances in evidence based approaches into my work with clients.
I split my time between working as a Psychological Therapist for the NHS and seeing clients in private practice here at ACT Psychology Ltd. A small, but hopefully effective practice, where I see clients as a way for people to access effective help, locally, quickly and at a time that works around their other commitments.
