I am a Humanistic Counsellor. I believe that counselling is all about change, giving you an opportunity to develop and take greater control of your life. It provides time and space for you to explore your issues. Above all it is confidential and non-judgemental.

You have the resources to make your life better and I am here to help you through life's changes and challenges. Working at a pace to suit you I can help you to achieve a positive outcome.

As a counsellor I am totally accepting of you and your circumstances. I will help you to build your inner resources and guide you towards what is best for you.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I am a qualified counsellor with a Diploma and BA(Hons) in Humanistic Counselling from University of Chichester.

I also hold a Certificate in Marital (relationship) Counselling and I am a Neuro-Linguistic Programing (NLP) Master Practitioner.

I am trained in Adoption Counselling and am Approved by Barnardos South East to work with adoption issues.

I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to their code of ethics.

I have been counselling couples and individuals since 2001.

I charge £35 for individuals and £40 for couples.
