About me

I am a UKCP-accredited integrative psychotherapist offering supervision to trainee/qualified therapists and also couples couselling. I have some availability for short-term individual clients.

I am a UKCP-approved supervisor trained at the Centre for Supervision and Team Development (CSTD-Bath) and offer supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors or psychotherapists.

I am an approved therapist with several training institutes. I work with individuals on personal development, depression, anxiety, bereavement, self-esteem, imposter syndrome, relationships, fertility issues, joblessness, child abuse and other trauma or losses.

I have experience working with neurodivergent individuals (suspected or diagnosed autisim, ADHD, dyspraxia, dyslexia/dyscalculia or PDA) based on a neurodiversity-affirming approach based on difference and strengths not deficits.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute in London (degree awarded by the University of Middlesex).

I have a Diploma in Supervision from CSTD-Bath, which is a UKCP-approved supervision training.

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

UKCP
UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
