I appreciate that seeking and finding the right counsellor may not be easy, and indeed may be a daunting task.
As a qualified counsellor and registered member of both The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and The Association of Christian Counsellors (ACC), I provide a highly professional counselling service. My aim is to provide an affordable, compassionate and confidential service to you, whatever your reason for obtaining counselling. You will be supported and valued to explore your presenting issues, and at your own pace.
I use and incorporate therapeutic approaches unique and individual to you and your circumstance. You will have undistracted time and attention and I will offer you a non-judgemental and empathic environment to talk, explore and consider, in order to facilitate your desired changes. You will be honoured, esteemed and respected for who you are.
I look forward to our meeting
