It can be daunting to seek help and support in dealing with issues on emotional and psychological health. I appreciate that taking this step may not be easy for you.
As a qualified counsellor and registered member of both The British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapy (BACP) and The Association of Christian Counsellors (ACC), I provide a completely non-judgemental counselling service. My aim is to provide an affordable, compassionate and confidential service to you, whatever your reason for seeking counselling. You will be supported and valued to explore your presenting issues and at your own pace.
The therapeutic approaches that I will apply will be unique and individual to you and your circumstance. You will experience undistracted time and attention and I will offer you a respectful and empathic environment to talk, explore and consider and then facilitate your desired changes. You will feel honoured and esteemed, no matter your presenting situation.
I look forward to our meeting
