I offer an initial, free-of-charge 30-minutes consultation meeting or telephone call to explore how we can work together. My usual fee per counselling session is £40 for adults and £30 for children aged 14 - 17 years old.
In addition, I offer a 10% discount on block bookings of 10 sessions and above.
I am passionate about enabling people to discover the unique resources within themselves and to facilitate the outworking of those resources. I do this by publishing articles, speaking in forums and counselling individuals one-to-one. I am also developing my repertoire as a trainer. My areas of speciality are on attachment, bullying (both workplace and in schools/colleges), boundaries and assertiveness.
