I am a warm and down-to-earth therapist who can offer you a safe and confidential space to quickly get to the root of your concerns in a non-judgemental and positive way. I will accept you just as you are and strive to understand your world in the way that you understand it.
As well as being an experienced counsellor, I was trained by the world-renowned therapist, author and speaker, Marisa Peer, in her unique and effective rapid transformation method which requires only one session. This saves time and money, whilst being one of the most effective ways to acquire profound and effective change.
