Hi, I am Charlotte a counsellor and coach.
I know that life some times can feel really overwhelming, with everything that you may be experiencing right now, ie: work, relationships, family or children, this is before you have even considered how you feel about yourself.
I have a very non judgemental and compassionate approach to my work and to my life in general and I provide a safe and emphatic space for you to explore what difficulties you may be experiencing right now.
Perhaps you are struggling with anxiety, depression or low self confidence, maybe you feel stuck or are experiencing relationship issues, maybe you no longer know what you purpose in life is. Having someone to talk to that is not a family member or a friend can help you make sense of your thinking and your experiences.
I will share my understanding, of the inside out understanding through which you will be gently be pointed in the direction of your innate love, compassion and your built in resilience.
I have worked within the field of substance misuse and recovery for over 7 years. Working both with the substance misuse client or with the individuals who has been alongside them during this very difficult time. I have gained insight and understanding from both sides and know how distressing, heartbreaking and upsetting it feels for all involved.
I'm aware of how daunting and even frightening it can feel to ask for support but I also know that you are brave enough to do just that. I am offering you the first initial consultation for free which will give you an opportunity to meet me and to ask me relevant questions that you may have.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
