About me

I am an Integrative counsellor which means I’m trained to draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet your specific needs. My authentic and warm nature creates a safe space and an opportunity for you to work through the challenges you face in a non-judgement space.

I will work with you to understand your concerns and together we can look at new ways of approaching those difficulties and help you to live a more fulfilling life.

I believe finding a therapist who is the ‘right fit’ for you is an integral part of a successful counselling relationship. It’s for this reason I offer a 15min free telephone consultation to all new clients, to enable you to decide if my style and approach feels like a good match for you.

As your counsellor I aim to help you change the aspects of your life that are preventing you from living in a more positive way, help you to be better able to deal with difficult situations and more capable of achieving your goals. My aim is to help you find the way to exist that is truly right for you. Together we can try and establish the themes in your life that maybe influencing the way you relate to yourself and or your partner.
