Client Testimonials

I had seen a couple of different thearpist before i heard of Cathy, now I only see Cathy, I would highly reccommend her.

I have had some upsetting experiences in counselling through my GP referal- made the issues worse, Cathy sorted it out quickly and professionally.

Cathy is a great couple counsellor, we both feel listened to, supported yet understand what part we each play in our marriage, Cathy is very professional & ethical.

Cathy is flexiable, supportive, understanding and a great listener, she came highly reccommended by friends- they were not wrong.

friends thought I was grieving- I thought I was ok, Cathy helped me so much in our first session, she is a warm & empathic person who cares.

Cathy just let me talk, sometimes to just sit, Cathy understood my needs before I did.

I have seen Cathy on and off now for years, only going to see her when I need a bit more clarity. I do not need or want any other therapist.

I was so nervous, anxious yet Cathy understood helping me feel at ease within minutes. thank you.

Best thing I ever did. Don't hesitate, make the call.

Cathy did not need to see my children, she helped to give me and my husband the tools & communication to support the children as a family.

Highly skilled, easy to talk to, great listener, helped me know myself for the first time and I'm in my 50's.

Cathy should be on the NHS, she is better than other Counsellor's I was offered, if they were Counsellor's.

No longer plagued by childhood issues of sexual abuse. I am a great Dad with my family, thanks to Cathy's help, patience & skills.

After a traumatic car accident, I thought I would never get over it, or the flashbacks would stop, I was refered through my insurance provider for short term therapy, I felt I was in great hands, Cathy worked with me at a pace suitable to me, within a few sessions I was so much better. Now its a awful memory but has no 'hold' on me, my life is so much better

my 15yr old was having exam stress, and developing some OCD behaviours, Cathy gained his trust and he passed his GCSE's and is now at university, with no OCD.

I was struggling to connect with my 15yr old Step Son, Cathy helped me bridge the gap, and we are great mates now.

Cathy helped me understand my anger style and flash points, and helped me with coping skills. And to recognise my unmet needs. Now I keep my anger under control at home and work.

I was struggling to cope as a new mum, Cathy encouraged me, and her guidance was on the nail, my friend was right, Cathy helped me be a great parent, at such a special time.
