About me

Hello, I'm Cathy. I’m a person-centred counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I offer you a calm, non-judgemental and welcoming space, where together we can explore your thoughts and feelings, to understand your circumstances more clearly.

Talking can be healing in itself, as well as helping you feel less alone with your experience. I hope that we can build a relationship where working together you can discover a deeper sense of self and greater peace.

I am currently available during the day on Mondays only at an accessible central Rugby location.

Please contact me by email, text or voicemail. I will aim to reply within 24 hours as I am usually unable to answer the phone when I am working. It is important to feel comfortable with the person you are working with, so I offer a free of charge 30 minute initial appointment for us to meet and see how we can work together.
