I’ve been qualified as a counsellor since 1999, and have worked in a variety of settings including currently teaching counselling at the University of Warwick. I’m a person-centred counsellor and I believe in the importance of an empathic and non-judgemental relationship in helping you to feel better about yourself. I’ll listen carefully to everything you say and we will work together to try to better understand what you are feeling.
With greater understanding and self-acceptance, you’ll feel better and you’ll be better able to make clear choices about how you want your life to be.
I’m deeply interested in people and their emotions and I’m really looking forward to meeting you and finding out more about your life and experiences. Please send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or give me a call if you’d like to know more.
