Catherine Jones - MA in Counselling (Integrative) Counselling & Supervision
The Therapy Works
92 Monnow Street
Counselling for Couples & Individuals - I am passionate about therapy and how it can help people come to terms with difficult life histories including abuse, neglect, trauma and loss. These experiences can have a profound effect on on how you view the world and form relationships. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore the difficulties you are facing and develop new perspectives. I have wide experience of working with people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship and trust issues.
As well as counselling individuals, I have also trained as a couples counsellor and have particular experience of working with clients who are on the autistic spectrum.
The counselling rooms in Cardiff and Monmouth are welcoming and offer a discrete therapeutic space where you can bring whatever issues are concerning you.
