Catherine Caumont BSc (Hons) MBACP; Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling
Have you been experiencing anxiety, or feeling depressed, or sad?
There may be many different reasons why you are looking for counselling.
Perhaps you are facing a particular difficulty such as divorce or separation, redundancy or bereavement?
Each individual is unique and faces such situations in different ways and with different coping strategies.
If you feel you are not coping well enough, then maybe counselling can help you.
Talking through your difficulties with a counsellor can help you discover how situations have evolved in your life, and how change can be possible, and support you through the process.
I offer confidential counselling to individuals in the centre of Colchester. Appointments are available daytime or evening. I also offer counselling to trainee counsellors.
